David Ruiz
David has always had an appreciation for changing the rules, growing up in Santa Cruz, CA. He at first reluctantly moved to San Francisco and quickly started out behind a bar learning the ropes, while molding his own thoughts about the industry. Through careful study of what his fellow bartenders were doing he began to appreciate the use of fresh ingredients over bottled juices and flavors.

David has always loved using fresh ingredients and after finding a void in ingredients he wanted to use, he started That's My Jamm. When he isn't in the That's My Jamm kitchen, you can catch him mixing up unique cocktails using his jams at Mr. Smith's in San Francisco.
